The State of New York has applied a 8.78% tax on all limousine transportation within the state. This tax will not affect interstate travel. Below is a copy of the literature from the State of New York Department of Taxation and Finance:
Sales Tax On Certain Transportation Services
Effective June 1st, 2009, New York State sales tax will apply to transportation services provided using limousines, black cars, and other motor vehicles with a driver. Sales Tax will not apply to taxicab and bus services, scheduled public transportation services, services provided in connection with funeral services, or interstate services.

Please calculate your rate from the town you are leaving to the airport you are departing and add 20% gratuity. For Stretched Limousine please add $60 to price shown!
